1. The 90-Day Satisfaction Window
We believe in the quality of our products, which is why we offer a 90-day window from the date of delivery to contact us regarding your order.

Unopened Products: You may return unused and unopened items in their original packaging within 90 days for a refund.

Opened Products: Due to strict sanitary and safety regulations for dietary supplements, we cannot accept returns for products where the heat seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened. However, if you are unhappy with your experience, please reach out to our team so we can find a personalized solution for you.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

In the original BELVORA packaging with the safety seal intact.

Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.

We require photographic evidence of the damage to expedite the process.

Once verified, we will provide a prepaid return label (if necessary) and ship a replacement to you immediately at no extra cost.
4. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide instructions on how to return the incorrect product.
5. Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.

Timeline: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Restocking Fee: A $5.00 restocking fee is deducted from the refund total to cover warehouse labor and processing costs.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please visit our "Contact Us" page or email our support team directly. Our representatives will guide you through the required steps and provide the appropriate return address. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
7. Packaging & Shipping Your Return
When returning an item, ensure it is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx) as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is lost by the carrier.
8. Exchanges
Because we do not accept returns for opened items due to sanitary reasons, we do not offer traditional exchanges for different products. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please refer to sections 3 and 4 for a direct replacement.
