At Belvora, we are dedicated to delivering your premium supplements as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We currently focus on serving our customers in the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Tracked Shipping: 10–15 business days.
Please note that delivery dates are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Factors such as high seasonal volume or carrier delays may impact these timelines.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@trybelvora.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have limitations on shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your address falls into this category, we will reach out to you if a physical address is required to complete the delivery.
5. Insured & Tracked Shipping
For your peace of mind, all Belvora orders include Insured Tracked Shipping. This ensures that your package is protected against loss or damage during transit. If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost to you.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Belvora is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@trybelvora.com. Once an order has been processed (1-2 business days), we may not be able to change the destination.
7. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can process a replacement for you.
